Refund policy

ALL EARRINGS ARE FINAL SALE / NON REFUNDABLE

You have 14 days to notify us that you would like to return your item and an additional 14 days to send the item back for a refund/exchange. Please note that this does not apply to earrings which are sale and no return items due to hygiene reasons.

Only products returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be refunded. Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days from when we have received your products, although during busy periods this may vary. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.

If you are returning items, we advise that you track your return as we are not liable for any parcels lost within the postal service. You are responsible for paying the return shipping charges. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. We do not cover the cost of postage to return to us.

Refund will always be processed to the original payment method.

All returns must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

  • Unworn
  • No signs of wear or damage
  • In its original condition and packaging

FAULTY ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will require photographic evidence within 1 week of receiving the product. Please provide photographic evidence to info@amaiia-oro.co.uk.

If your jewellery is faulty (e.g. a colour fade/broken chain/loose stone), please note we will replace the jewellery only once.

For all faulty items, we require you to send pictures of issue in the first instance. Upon inspection, if we deem the issue to be a manufacturing problem, we will advise of the address to send the item to so that a replacement can be arranged. Please note, upon receipt of the item, if it is determined that damage has been caused due to improper use, the item will not be replaced. For all items received that are damaged because of a manufacturing issue, we will replace the item.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

We are not responsible for any lost packages due to customer inputting an incorrect address.

We cannot change the address once order is placed due to items being dispatched the same day.
