Shipping policy

 

UK delivery terms and costs:

  • Free shipping on all orders within the UK
  • Free tracking on all orders within the UK
  • Free insurance provided (covering the full value of items purchased) on all orders within the UK
  • Signed-for delivery on all orders within the UK
  • Next day delivery via DHL on orders placed before 12:00 (only applicable Monday to Friday, weekends and bank holidays are not included) - see below terms for next day delivery

Next day delivery terms for UK & Ireland customers:

  • If you place an order after 12:00 it will be delivered 2 days from the date the order is placed
  • Next day delivery is only applicable between Monday and Friday (bank holidays are also excluded) - for example, if you place and order on Saturday or Sunday, your items will be delivered on Tuesday
  • DHL are responsible for the safe delivery of your parcel - should a delivery be delayed for any reason, DHL should be contacted in the first instance
  • AMAÏÏA holds no responsibility for the late delivery of parcels

Ireland:

  • Orders may not be shipped with DHL and may take slightly longer

      Europe delivery terms and costs:

      • Tracked & signed: £12.50
        (3-10 working days, does not include weekends)

      International delivery terms and costs:

      • Tracked & signed: £15.99
        (3-10 working days, does not include weekends)

      For international orders, customs charges/import taxes may apply. These charges are solely the customers responsibility. We have no control and cannot be held responsible if these charges are applied. Neither do we have control over the amount of these charges and we are not responsible for payments of said charges.

      What happens if I am not home when they deliver?

      If no one is available to receive the package you should receive a card notifying you of your missed delivery. The parcel will be sent to your depot along details of how to re-arrange delivery. 

      What should I do if my order has not arrived? 

      If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 5 working days of the date on which you ordered, please send us an email so that we can investigate the situation: info@amaiia-oro.co.uk
