Store your Deslumbre jewellery separately, use the AMAÏÏA pouch provided by us. Do not exercise with your Deslumbre jewellery (Sweat causes wear). Avoid taking it to the pool or beach. Clean your Deslumbre jewellery using a soft cloth to maintain its colour and shine for longer.

Our emeralds are extracted from the municipalities of Muzo, Chivor and Coscuez de Boyacá, the flagship region for the extraction of precious stones in the country. This is a guarantee of the authenticity of our emeralds. In addition, if you wish, they can be certified by the Colombian Emerald Technological Development Center (CDTEC), one of the largest and most recognized laboratories for the study of Colombian emeralds.

All of our emeralds are extracted from mines in their raw, natural state. Variations in tone, marks or colouring are natural features that should not be considered imperfections. Imperfections in our emeralds are part of their nature too and should be celebrated.

We offer a 6 months manufacturer's warranty on our Deslumbrar Collection. If you receive a defective item within this period, we will replace it at no cost. Simply share a clear video of the issue, and if it's a manufacturing fault, we will guide you through the replacement process.
